Despite having a great range of foods from all over Europe, the main emphasis at Gladleys is for locally sourced food like Chicken and Duck eggs from a farm only 7 miles away, where the chickens roam free under the orchards, the famous Braughing sausages from just 15 miles away and England’s best and only grain to the plate Ham from less than 20 miles away, all ensuring the freshest of home cooked taste with an absolute minimum carbon foot print.
